How much does it cost to raise on APEX?

APEX makes it very easy and fast to launch your raise and APEX earns 10% fees on funds raised using the a la carte service.

Issuers take up a full sponsorship, financial assistance support, complete suite of advisory and arrangement services, APEX earns a 10% fees on funds raised and a 10% equity on the offered valuation.

For example, a $1 million raised, fees would be $100,000 in cash for fundraising advisory fee;

$500,000 equity via a convertible note for an offered valuation of say $5 million.

The Issuer is to bear valuation, legal, audit, escrow set up, SEC filings and promotional expenses.

The estimated total costs is between $50,000 to $100,000 which are reimbursable from the funds raised.
